Registration

Packet Video Workshop 2013 is pleased to offer substantially lower registration fees this year. Some basic rules:

• Every accepted paper separately needs one author registration before the camera-ready submission deadline.
• An author who paid for an author registration does not need to pay for a poster or demo he/she authors. Otherwise, posters/demos need an author registration as well.
• The additional authors for a paper or poster/demo can pay the reduced non-author registration fee.
• There will be *no* on-site registration (Online registration will stay open, though).
• No refunds are possible. However, name changes are possible in a registration.

Here are the registration fees (all cover the coffee breaks and lunches):

• Author Registration (Paper or poster/demo): 250 USD
• Non-author Non-student Registration: 150 USD
• Non-author Student Registration: 75 USD

There are no late registration fees. However, we advise you to register well in advance so that you can receive the wireless access instructions in your email and we can prepare your security badges ahead of time.
